This way, you will be more comfortable as your hands would be free and your face would be seen through the web cam.

The other audio conferencing equipment that you would be requiring is a web cam so that you can be seen by the other users present in the web conference. Make yourself presentable just as you would when meeting someone physically.

The software that you would use for audio conferencing can be any from a number of available options. It is important to note that every user must be using the same audio conferencing software or interface in order for the audio video conferencing to take place. Two of the most successful and used audio conferencing software is the Gnome Meeting and the Microsoft NetMeeting.

There is also an old fashioned audio conferencing solution which involves conferencing in a group situation. The audio conferencing equipments required here are a television set, a communication device like the speakerphone and some collaborative software. With time, computers at the office have become more advanced and powerful and now the employees have access to gizmos like web cams and headset and all this has lead to audio conferencing becoming more and more economical with every passing day.
